SHIPPING POLICY

Each Krystalized Art piece is an original, hand-painted work of art and will be carefully packaged to help keep your new creepy little friend safe on its journey to you. 🖤

Processing Time
Ready-to-ship artwork is typically packaged and shipped within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the delivery destination. Available USPS shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Krystalized Art’s control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Packaging
Original artwork is packaged with extra care and protective materials to help prevent damage during transit.

Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Krystalized Art as soon as possible after delivery and include photos of the artwork and packaging so I can help make things right.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
