Returns & Refunds

Because each Krystalized Art piece is an original, one-of-a-kind work of art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged Orders

Your artwork will be carefully packaged for its journey to you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Krystalized Art within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box. We’ll work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping claim.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
